Hi. I'm Greg Nudelman

16+ years shipping 34 AI products with $500M+ impact for Cisco, Intuit, IBM, GE, eBay, Sumo Logic, LogicMonitor (direct Datadog & Splunk competitors). 24 patents. 6 books, including "UX for AI" (#1 Amazon New Release). 120 Keynotes across 18 countries. Built an autonomous agentic SOC investigation platform in 2025, Forrester-rated at 166% ROI. Shipping AI security and observability tools SOC teams actually use.

What Sets Me Apart

Agentic AI Expertise in Cybersecurity/Observability. At Sumo Logic, I designed and shipped Mo Copilot (NLP-to-SIEM query translation agent) and then fixed it — personally building out router RAG infrastructure that reduced hallucinations from 40% to under 2% at enterprise scale. I then invented and championed Mobot, a 4-agent autonomous investigation system with graph-based reasoning that I drove from concept to production as sole advocate through three leadership changes — proving the concept viable by building a working MCP Agent POC myself before helping devs ship a beta in under two months. Mobot was featured at AWS re:Invent 2025, validated by Forrester at 166% ROI, and cuts MTTR from 60 -> 3 minutes. I'm now advising a purely agentic AI cybersecurity startup, HackerDogs.ai, on product strategy and go-to-market.

Customer-Centered Product Leader. I've interviewed over 2,000 people (800 in Cybersecurity/Observability in the last 10 years). Deeply connecting with customers and iterating on ideas based on customer feedback isn't just something I do; it's an irreplaceable part of my process.

Writer. I wrote 6 books and 300+ articles – not just for my readers, but for myself. If I can explain something clearly in writing, I feel that I truly understand it. Writing is how I sharpen my thinking and re-examine my assumptions, which is essential in an industry where AI is routinely challenging the status quo.

Speaker. I enjoyed delivering 120+ keynotes and workshops in 18 countries. Speaking challenges me to organize my thoughts into a coherent narrative and exposes me to ideas outside my immediate circle, which is critical to inventing new things and pressure-testing assumptions and mental models.

Inventor. I helped file 24 patents, following in the footsteps of my heroes Thomas Edison, Antonie van Leeuwenhoek, and the Wright Brothers. I feel restless if I'm not inventing something new — my record is 3 patents in my first 3 weeks at Aible.

Systems Thinker. I am comfortable delivering working Agentic AI POCs, using APIs, creating and optimizing RAG files and vector databases, writing Python and SQL. I am a full-stack developer and a certified Oracle DBA. However, I'm not a pure technologist nor a pure people-person. My focus is the study of systems with the goal of improving how humans interact with AI.

"T-Shaped" Leader. I transform teams through deep commitment to mentorship and individual team member growth, while also "leading from the front" by taking an active role in building and testing prototypes with customers. I naturally oscillate between leading teams as a Sr. Director, AI Product Management, and rolling up my sleeves as a hands-on individual contributor in the Principal AI Product Manager role.

Mentor & Teacher. I've taught graduate and undergraduate classes at Marquette University, Hult Business School, and San Francisco State University, and created multiple product-building frameworks and curricula. I continue to coach and mentor regularly.
